I told all you Survivor folks many weeks ago that in given time, that this Survivor Fiji show would get heated up after the merge. I said the show was in slow mode, and that each passing week would bring on more twists and turns, just like it is happening right before our eyes weekly.

Tonights show kept me right on the edge of my seat. I was just dying with laughter at all the many expressions that were coming from all the alliances falling apart. Looks like Cassandra, Earl and Yao-man didn’t know exactly what to think when Dreamz came through with the truth about Mookie slipping the immunity idol to Alex. At first I thought it is good bye Mookie. But their brains pulled a left turn angle, since they didn’t know eactly what to think. So, they threw in some surprising ringer votes to throw everybody off, and it was hast la vista to Eduardo! The expression on all the faces at tribal council was priceless. Dreamz, is on a roller coaster ride, but at least they did see he was truthful with them and maybe that will save him more time before vote off!

Mookie just wanted to sink his head in a deep hole tonight. Poor Mookie should have followed his gut feeling and not given up the immunity idol, and he knew it!!! Alex’s bewilderment was worth many laughs for weeks to come. Everything fell apart on the 4 horseman’s alliance, they thought they had. Poor Eduardo got axxed, and didn’t even see it coming. Earl, Cassandra, Yao-man and Boo were worth a million bucks of smiles, if I ever saw one tonight. I have to say tonights show, especially at tribal council was full of wonder and excitement. (more…)

Hello Survivor fans. All of you will think what I am getting ready to do is crazy, but you don’t know if you don’t try.

As you all know by now, I am constantly thinking up new and wild ideas for Survivor and reality TV. If any of you folks want to get on the band wagon with me, and want to forward new ideas to the Survivor reality show then you can do so through my e-mail address which is gloriasroom@aol.com All you have to do is make sure you keep a copy of the e-mail with your idea as proof that it is your idea. Most people will not forward their ideas, but then most people won’t try to get their ideas to go anywhere anyways. If you send me an idea for Survivor I will mail them all off in about a week to ten days. I will mail them directly to Mark Burnett and I will call again letting him know that my project is on the way. (more…)

All diehard Survivor fans have anxiously been awaiting the big call from a Survivor casting director. Many fans have tried out for the Survivor show many times, but still try out one more time just hoping their big dream will come true, to gain a position as one of the lucky 16 or 20 contestants. Many fans just want the chance to fly to Los Angeles, and have their shot from the narrowed down position of 50 finalists. (more…)

Lisi sure made Survivor history tonight with her worthless, useless big mouth. It wasn’t enough that she had everyone convinced on her team that she was “DONE,” I think she said. But, then she renigged on what she put out to her team and tried to change their minds to keep her on. Lisi, they had already let you slide on two other occasions, so whatever made you think that 3 was going to be your lucky number. (more…)

Jeff Probst, what in the world will the Survivor reality show be if you leave us? We all know that you have worked for years, and have brought nothing but famous and memorable moments to the show. There’s no doubt, you have definitely done your homework, preparing yourself for each show. You have studied the personalities on all shows, and as the saying goes , you know how to work the moments. Tribal councils, and challenges will be nothing without your handsome face, and all the guiding knowledge you bring to the show. Your name alone is tagged to the show. Peter Pan is connected with peanut butter and you are a household name that is connected hook, line and sinker to the Survivor reality show! The response from my idea of, “diehards verses diehards,” on Survivor 16 Reality show was remarkable. I received e-mails from all over the country. As a matter of fact, I didn’t receive but one negative comment. I was told that someone at Pygmy Island said to discount everything I said and wrote because i was a “WACKO.” As, I have always said before negative publicity, is as good as positive publicity. Strategy Commentary by VikingBear

This week on Survivor: Fiji Islands, Lisi returned from Exile Island to join the Ravu tribe, replacing Anthony. I had Lisi pegged as the favorite to go home. I thought she’d have a hard time breaking into the boys’ club.

But, in the end, Rocky’s mouth got him sent home. Could Lisi be next, and for the same reason? There are quite a few good reasons why Lisi could be going home this week… but I think she’s safe. Let’s take a look at the strategy unfolding.

Looking around the web (no spoilers please!), a lot of experts predict Lisi is going home. I don’t see it that way. On the contrary, I see Alex and Edgardo as the key players of the moment, and they need Lisi.

Before the Merge

First, let’s assume the merge does NOT happen yet. Let’s assume Ravu loses the Immunity Challenge. That’s not much of a stretch to imagine, is it! In that case, what happens?

Alex and Edgardo are tight. I don’t see any reason for either one to turn on the other - not at this point in the game. Five Ravu remain, so a voting bloc of three determines who goes home. So, we have two choices. Alex and Edgardo plus one other makes a majority of three. Or, the other three (Mookie, Dreamz, and Lisi) band together and send Alex or Edgardo home.

Alex and Edgardo seem to be good strategists. They are VERY aware of the numbers game. They will certainly consider the possibility of the other three banding against them. It looks like they might have the Hidden Immunity Idol by that point as well. They need a third person - or one of them will be gone.
