Survivor Fiji, Yau-man Brings Laughter to Show!! Go Yau-man!!
Copyright April 1, 2007
They call him Yau-man, or little man, but I call him a man with a brain who brings much needed fun and laughter to the Survivor Fiji show! It has been ages since I have laughed as hard as I did at last weeks show. Yau-man is the word “entertainment” for sure. Don’t under estimate the little Asian man with the big sense of humor. Actually his humor, brings much needed thought. What a brain to think up making a duplicate copy immunity idol, and burying it in the exact spot, that clues have given. Wonder who will take the fall on a tribal council vote out. America’s Funniest Videos needs to definitely have thats nights segment for their show.
Rocky and his big mouth landed him a vote out last week. Can’t say I’m sorry to see him go! Rocky was fun to watch for a short while, but his personality soon dulled compared to the great and fun spirited Yau-man that everyone is laughing and making fun of. Yau-man is being under estimated because of his size and stature. Brains just might take this show all the way to the million dollar win.
Lisi thinks she has a secure position on her team but it won’t be long before things will possibly take a turn to the worst for her. Nothing deserving about her for the win of one million dollars. The guys on her team will turn coat soon, or else another type of merge will occur, which will again disturb all alliances that contestants think they have on this show.
As usual, the briliant, Mark Burnett has presented more twists and turns on this show and these contestants don’t know if they are coming or going each week. This show is finally making me squirm and laugh at the same time. The show was slow starting out, but it is finally capturing more of my interest week to week. (It took me a while to really like any of these contestants, because I was so darn mad at not being on show myself. After all, Survivor Fiji is the show I was called to try out for last May! I have struggled with this, but I am finally trying to be more fair with these contestants and my opinions of them. )
Thes two tribes are finally more evenly matched and it is entertaining watching the big heads getting beat. Watching Yau-man tossing the fire last week right into the right spot during the game was super entertainment. I would have loved to have a close up “pic” with all the expressions of the losing team mates expressions. It was worth the laugh, and watching everyone’s reactions was worth the jolt of spirited energy that went through me. I can’t wait to see the fights and differences that will emerge on this weeks show. Yep, each week is getting better and better. So hang in there to the end Survivor fans the show is just getting fired up like a hot poker!!!
As we speak, Mark Burnett and his casting team are probably selecting the next bunch of contestants for Survivor 15.! Wonder what type of personalities he will chose for next show. I wish I was at Mark Burnett Productions studios to see all the action of interviews and selections going on. As a matter of fact, I wish I could chose a team for Survivor 15 LOL! It’s fun to dream when you write. At least writing brings some form of comfort when you love reality shows like I do! I guess thats some great form of action in itself.
So until the next writing I say I love SURVIVOR and it is the greatest reality show out there. It will be missed by many when it ends in Spring of 2008! Hey Mark, dreamers and fans like myself don’t want to see SURVIVOR die! Contract another year after 2008 with CBS network!!
Gloria Query signing off until next article forms in the old brain as Yau-man might say!!! I wonder what fools this April’s show will bring ? Happy April Fools day everyone out there in Survivor land !!
